Do I need to be fit or flexible to start?
Not at all! Our classes are specifically designed to build your fitness and flexibility from the ground up. You can go entirely at your own pace. You will be amazed at how quickly your stamina and mobility improve week by week.
What should I wear to my first class?
Comfortable gym clothes (a t-shirt and shorts or trackpants) are perfect. Bring a water bottle and a towel. We train barefoot on specialized, high-impact safety mats, so you don’t even need to worry about footwear!
Is Taekwondo safe for my kids?
Absolutely. Safety is our number one priority at ATI. All classes are taught by fully certified, highly experienced instructors in a strictly controlled, supportive environment. We focus on technique and discipline first.
Am I too old to start?
You are never too old to begin your martial arts journey! We have adult students training well into their 50s and 60s. Taekwondo is incredibly adaptable, and our instructors will modify techniques to perfectly suit your specific mobility and fitness levels.
