Do I need to be fit or have prior martial arts experience?
Not at all! Most of our students had never thrown a punch before joining. You can go at completely your own pace. Getting you fit and teaching you the fundamentals step-by-step is exactly what our instructors are here for.
Am I going to get hit or have to spar?
Absolutely not. Our standard Kickboxing classes focus on hitting focus mitts, Thai pads, and heavy bags—not each other. Sparring is strictly optional and reserved only for advanced, willing students in dedicated, highly supervised sessions.
What do I need to wear and bring to my first class?
Just wear comfortable workout clothes (like a t-shirt and athletic shorts or leggings) and bring a water bottle and a towel. If you have your own boxing gloves, bring them along! If not, we have gear you can use for your trial.
Is Kickboxing safe for my kids?
Safety is our number one priority. Our kids’ classes focus almost entirely on striking pads and bags to build coordination and burn energy. All sparring is conducted with full kit protection with control and under supervision by our instructors.
