Tier 2: If you ever decide you want to step it up, the doorway is open. Because we teach authentic foundational skills, you can transition into controlled, light-contact ring sparring whenever you feel ready. You dictate your training style; we just provide the world-class coaching.

Do I need to be fit or have boxed before?
Not at all! In fact, we specialize in helping people who are completely out of shape or new to fitness. You work at your own pace on the bags and pads. Within just a few weeks, you will be amazed at how quickly your stamina skyrockets.
Am I going to get punched in the face?
Absolutely not. Our standard Boxing Fit curriculum is a completely non-contact fitness format. You will be hitting focus mitts and heavy bags. Sparring is strictly optional and only for those who explicitly want to try it in a safe, heavily supervised environment.
What is the difference between this and Kickboxing?
Kickboxing incorporates kicks from Korean Karate and Muay Thai, whereas Boxing Fit focuses exclusively on the “sweet science” of the hands – punching combinations, slipping, weaving, and advanced footwork, mixed with intense core and cardio conditioning.
What do I need to bring to my first class?
Wear comfortable activewear and bring a water bottle and a towel – you are going to sweat! If you have your own boxing gloves or hand wraps, bring them along. If not, we have spare gear you can use for your trial class.
